- 803278 Pedders Extra Heavy Duty Load Carrying & Towing Kit: Best for vehicles with a canopy and tow bar. Features slightly stronger springs (approx. 30-35mm lift) while retaining good ride quality when unladen.
- 803284 Pedders Super Heavy Duty Load Carrying & Towing Kit: Specifically for permanently laden vehicles. Requires a constant minimum 300kg load at all times. Note: ride will be very firm if the vehicle is unladen.
- 803258 Pedders Heavy Duty Variable Load Suspension Kit: Includes an airbag kit and shocks. Retains standard springs, so height and comfort are unchanged when unladen. Bags can be inflated when carrying significant occasional loads.
- 803259 Pedders Extra Heavy Duty Variable Load Suspension Kit: Combines uprated springs (approx. 30-35mm lift) with an airbag kit. Perfect for extreme use: from completely unladen to very heavily loaded.
Product Overview This kit addresses the standard Nissan Navara's tendency to sit level when unladen but tail down when loaded, which affects vehicle stability and appearance. The uprated rear springs are progressively wound to maintain ride comfort while providing the necessary lift for moderate to heavy loads. Available in different variants, the kits cater to various load conditions from moderate load carrying without canopies or tow bars to permanent heavy loads requiring firmer springs. This ensures the vehicle remains stable and comfortable across a range of daily and towing applications.
Fitting Tip - Only torque suspension bushes when the weight is back down on the vehicle - NOT when the suspension is hanging down. Always ensure your front wheel alignment and geometry is checked after installation. Note: Installation is bolt-on, maintaining factory fitment standards, and the kit replaces factory components with no additional modifications required. Height measurements should be taken as shown in product reference images to account for load conditions and vehicle setup.
The Shock Tech:
Sintered iron piston shocks with a large 40mm bore provide improved damping for load stability. The premium-grade steel coils are progressively wound to optimise ride comfort and load carrying capacity.
