An extra heavy-duty kit from the famous Australian brand Pedders, built for permanently mounted equipment - service bodies, storage drawers, long-range fuel tanks or canopies. The lift sharpens the stance and adds ground clearance for work environments, while the fully assembled EziFit struts bolt straight in without a spring compressor or re-use of worn parts. All components are direct replacements for the factory items. Expect a noticeably firmer ride when unladen; for mostly empty running, ask us about the Improved Ride Kit (803238) instead.

Fitting Tip - Only torque suspension bushes when the weight is back down on the vehicle - NOT when the suspension is hanging down. Always ensure your front wheel alignment and geometry is checked after installation.

Note: This kit is designed for a constant minimum 600kg rear load. Using it without sufficient rear weight may result in a significantly firmer ride and incorrect ride height. Front accessories like winches or bull bars may alter final ride height - alternative spring rates may be required.

The Shock Tech:

Foam Cell: Foam Cell shock absorbers use an oil-saturated foam sleeve instead of relying on pressurised gas. This prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. Greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation mean they resist fade and control temperature under sustained load - well suited to heavy-duty, towing and off-road work.
