A heavy-duty kit from the famous Australian brand Pedders, built to improve load-carrying and towing while lifting the vehicle around 40mm. It uses heavy-duty front springs designed for vehicles running additional front accessories such as a winch or bullbar. The fully assembled EziFit front struts - with Foam Cell shocks, springs, new top mounts, bump stops and boots - bolt straight in without a spring compressor. All parts are direct replacements for the factory components. Expect a slightly firmer ride when completely empty; if ride comfort is the priority over load carrying, ask us about the Improved Ride Kit (803083) instead.
Fitting Tip - Only torque suspension bushes when the weight is back down on the vehicle - NOT when the suspension is hanging down. Always ensure your front wheel alignment and geometry is checked after installation. Note: Heights should be measured from the lower rim lip to the wheel arch, as shown in the standard technical diagrams.
The Shock Tech:
Foam Cell: Foam Cell shock absorbers use an oil-saturated foam sleeve instead of relying on pressurised gas. This prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. Greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation mean they resist fade and control temperature under sustained load - well suited to heavy-duty, towing and off-road work.
