Our Story:
After spending significant time in Australia, we came to appreciate just how much more practical a tray back (ute tray) is compared to a standard pickup bed. If you’ve ever been there, you’ll notice that most pickup trucks are fitted with ute trays rather than traditional tubs.. and for good reason.
Ute trays are incredibly versatile, stronger, and better suited to off-road use. They’re far less prone to dents and damage than standard pickup beds, making them a more durable choice for tough conditions. We’ve opted for an aluminium tray, as it allows for greater payload capacity while offering improved weight distribution compared to heavier steel options.
Another key advantage is space; without wheel arches getting in the way, you can carry larger and more awkward loads with ease. And, of course, we think they look far better than standard pickup beds too.
Fitting:
As this is a universal fit product, some modifications may be required. Mechanical knowledge is required. We always recommend professional fitting. Fitting this item will require electrical work to wire in the rear lights as well as attaching the fuel filler neck to the tray.
Collection & Delivery:
Collection from Apex4WD Ltd, SG5 4NZ is preferred due to size - unfortunately we don't have any fitting facilities, however the tray setup requires assembly and can fit in the back of a large van.

Care & Use:
Avoid the use of TFR, acid based cleaners or harsh chemicals.
Check all bolts 24 hours after fitting and as regular as required dependant on mileage and use and re-tighten if required.
