Do I need to peg the base of the tent?

Apex4WD swag tents are a free standing design which means you don’t need to peg the base, or even the ends for it to stay up. However you can peg it out for more stability if required, especially during windy conditions.

How easy/ quick is it to setup?

Our swag tents are incredibly easy to setup: unroll the swag, fit the end poles and centre pole then peg it out if you want – that’s it! We can setup the tent in less than 3 minutes.

What is the sleeping capacity?

Our single/ small size swags are suitable for 1 person.

Our double/ large size swags are suitable for 2 people. 

Can I use it on the back of my motorbike?

YES! We have many customers use these for adventure bike tours and camping. They roll up small enough and are light enough to fit on the back or side of a motorbike. They simply roll up and strap together using the built in straps.
