Attention:
1. Try to rotate the impeller to ensure that it can rotate freely and smoothly. If it cannot rotate freely, you need to use a tool to adjust the gap of the impeller.
2. The heater should be directly connected to the power supply to ensure that the battery is above 80A, the power supply current is above 20A, and the voltage is 11.5~12.8V.
3. The intake pipe and exhaust pipe should not be bent too much to keep the ventilation smooth, and ensure that at least 10cm or 0.79in in front of the air inlet
4. When the heater is turned on for the first time, it needs to match with remote control and lead the oil to the main engine.
5. Please gently tear off the protective film on the top of the LCD screen before use.
6. The distance between the fuel pump and the machine should be 1.5~2m.(For split machine)
7. Please provide the machine with good quality diesel/ fuel.
8. Exhaust pipes must be installed outdoors or outside your vehicle.
9. When assembling the machine, don't reverse the direction of the oil pump.
10. When installing the heater, it must be placed horizontally with the outlet facing down.
11. When the machine first started, because there is no diesel oil in the tube, if the machine could not sense the oil in two minutes, it will stop automatically. After the machine stops running, restart it to get diesel flowing.
12. When you turn off the heater, it will continue to run until there is no fuel in it. Do not forcibly disconnect the power supply, or it will damage the machine.
13. Turn the fan on about 1.5min, and the oil pump starts to work.
