Notes:

- This is a heavy item (30+kg): ask a second person for help before lifting and always practice safe manual handling techniques.

- Use appropriate hand and foot protection when moving or handling the camp kitchen system.

- Ensure that appropriate mounting fittings are used at all 4 corners of the camp kitchen mounting system (min. 8 mm diameter, min. grade 5 bolts, hardened panel washes under the vehicle). All hardware must be tightened before use and checked regularly.

- Not suitable for applications where, if fitted, the position of child restraint systems is affected.

- Do not use the load attachment points of the camp kitchen system as anchor points for child seats.

- Always use straps and anchors of the appropriate classification to secure the load on the drawer system.

- If mounting a load above the drawer system, ensure the vehicle is fitted with a load barrier of the appropriate classification.

- Not suitable for applications where, if fitted, the position of the load barrier mounting points is affected.

- Keep children away from drawers and cushions when opening or closing them.

- Ensure all sliding/moving components and detachable parts are securely closed and locked before moving the vehicle.

- When the vehicle is parked on a slope, take extra care when opening or closing the camp kitchen by sliding/moving

components

- You may need to slide components during installation, ensure the camp kitchen is properly supported or secured from falling during this operation.

Installation:

1. Evaluate the rear cargo area of your vehicle to determine the most appropriate location to secure the mounting points.

2. To ensure a proper fit, measure the distances between all mounting points. These measurements will be used to position the mounting rails at the bottom of the drawers.

3. Remove all drawers one by one by moving them completely out, extending and then pressing the blue differential lock tabs

on each side. Place the drawers in a safe place away from the work area.

4. With the drawers removed, you can now work to secure the mounting rails to your vehicle. Loosen the retaining screws and move the rails to the required position.

5. Before installing the main kitchen system box, the mounting surface and areas under the carpet are clear of any cables, bolts or fasteners.

6. Move the cabinet into the cargo area and position it at the top with the bolt holes ready for installation. Ensure the unit is

properly positioned in the cargo area, the rear doors close and the drawers can fully open. Tighten all the bolts and ensure the kitchen system is secure.

Reinstall the drawers. Completely inspect the system to ensure everything is working smoothly.
